Thanks to our advanced technology and forced-air ripening facilities, we can not only monitor but also control the ripeness of even notoriously difficult fruits like avocado’s and mango’s with pin-point accuracy.

 

Our NIR Spectroscopy System is one of only a few similar installations in Europe that assesses multiple characteristics of fruits without physically damage, and then sorts them according to size, weight, quality and ripeness. This fully automated technology forms the basis of our 'ReadyToEat' range that is, as a result, always delivered in perfect saleable/edible condition.

 

Ready to eat’ mango’s, avocado’s and papaya’s are currently available. We expect to broaden the range to include other fruit types shortly.
